PennGSE faculty
Program faculty members are student teachers’ primary mentors, advisors, and collaborators in learning to teach in urban schools. Our faculty are internationally recognized researchers and teachers who are focused ON adding to the body of knowledge about teaching and learning in K-12 schools and in enhancing the educational achievement of young people in meaningful and culturally appropriate ways. All have deep interests that develop in relationship with practicing teachers, principals, families, administrators and colleagues in the University and in other colleges and universities across the nation and world.
